Trinbago Events is an event discovery, calendar, registration and ticketing platform operated by Trinbago Events & Entertainment Company Ltd. This policy explains how we handle information about visitors, purchasers, attendees, organizers and event team members when they use trinbagoevents.com.
Effective date: 16 October 2026.
Privacy contact: info@trinbagoevents.com; #42 Alfredo Street, Woodbrook, Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago.
Some events are informational listings without tickets or registration. You can browse public listings without creating an account, although our hosting and security services may process technical information when you visit.
Account and contact information. We process information you provide when creating or updating an account, such as your name, email address, phone number, preferences and organizer profile details.
Bookings and participation. When you register, purchase or manage tickets, we process the selected event and tickets, order references, payment status, purchaser and attendee details, registration answers and relevant admission or check-in records. If you provide another person’s information, provide only information you are authorized to supply and share this notice with them.
Organizer and team information. Organizer profiles, event submissions, team invitations, roles and event access settings support event management. Some organizer profile information is intended for public display. Administrative and ownership changes may also be recorded for accountability.
Event-specific answers. Organizers may ask relevant questions for their events, including health questions connected to participation, safety or a clearly explained event health purpose. No separate platform approval or written exception is required for those health questions. Organizers must explain the purpose, request only information reasonably needed, provide appropriate privacy information and obtain consent where required. Nonessential health questions should be optional. Health answers must be limited to authorized people who need them for the stated purpose and handled under the applicable retention rules. Government identifiers and payment credentials must not be requested through ordinary registration questions; use the approved payment process for payments.
Technical and support information. We and our service providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request and security logs, and communications you send when requesting help. Browser notification subscription details are processed if you enable that feature.
Where Google sign-in is available and you choose it, Google supplies basic account information, including your name, email address, profile picture when available, and an account identifier. We process this through our authentication service to create or recognize your account, establish a secure session and help you access your platform features.
We do not receive your Google password. This connection does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendars. Email and password remain an alternative.
You can manage the connection through your Google Account. Disconnecting Google does not automatically delete information already held by Trinbago Events, cancel tickets or erase transaction records. Contact us to request account or data deletion, and ensure you have another way to access any tickets you still need.
We use information to operate accounts; display events and organizer profiles; process registrations and ticket orders; deliver tickets and service messages; support entry and check-in; administer organizer and team access; handle support, refunds or disputes; protect accounts and investigate misuse; and maintain necessary business and audit records.
Organizers may receive event performance, attendance and demographic reports relating to events they manage. Available information depends on the event and authorized access. A summary of a small group should not be assumed to be anonymous.
Where you choose to receive promotional messages, we use the relevant contact information and preferences for that purpose. Service messages about an existing booking or account are separate from promotional subscriptions.
The organizer responsible for an event, its authorized co-organizers and permitted team members may access information needed to manage that event, such as purchaser contacts, attendee details, registration answers, ticket status and check-in records. Organizer tools can include downloadable reports.
Registration answers are separate from the public event listing. Sharing details for an event does not make every account or event team entitled to access them.
An organizer may use information for its own event operations outside our platform, including information it downloads. Review the organizer’s event-specific privacy notice and contact it about its handling of those records. Contact Trinbago Events about platform access, account information or suspected inappropriate access.
We use providers that support hosting, authentication, database and file storage, payment processing, email delivery and other enabled platform functions. They receive information needed for the services they provide.
Payment details are handled through the payment service used at checkout. Trinbago Events retains relevant order references, transaction status and related booking records. Do not send payment card numbers, security codes or account passwords to support.
We may disclose information when required by applicable law or a valid legal request, or where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect people or enforce platform rights. Any additional sharing arrangement must be described before it is introduced.
Public event listings and public organizer profiles can be viewed and indexed by search engines. Avoid adding personal information to public fields unless you intend it to be public.
Events may link to external registration sites, maps or other services. Information you submit to those services is subject to their own notices. Where participant lists or race results will be published, review the event’s notice about which details will appear publicly.
The platform uses browser storage and related technologies to maintain sign-in sessions, cart selections, preferences and security-related state. Clearing storage or using private browsing can affect those functions.
Your browser controls whether it saves your email address and password. Accepting a browser’s Save Password prompt is separate from keeping a platform session signed in.
You can manage browser notification permissions through your browser or device. Any optional analytics, advertising or additional tracking must be accurately described, with the applicable choices provided, before it is enabled.
Use available account preferences or the unsubscribe option in a promotional email to change your marketing choices. Contact us if you cannot apply a preference.
Unsubscribing from promotions does not cancel a booking. Necessary ticket, event, security or account communications may still be sent.
Information may be processed outside Trinidad and Tobago, including in the United States, through our technology providers.
We retain information while needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce agreements. Our routine account-data deletion target is within 90 days of a verified closure request, subject to any shorter applicable deadline. We review accounts after seven years of inactivity and remove unnecessary data, excluding records still needed for outstanding services or legal obligations.
Required financial evidence and specific dispute records may remain after account closure. Backups have separate verified expiry cycles. An account inactivity period is not a rule to retain every attendee answer for seven years. Removing a current question does not itself erase historical answers; deletion requires a controlled process that preserves records still required by law.
You can update available account details and preferences through the platform. You may also contact info@trinbagoevents.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise a concern about how it is used. Other requests may be available under applicable law.
We may need information to verify your identity and locate the relevant account or booking. Send only what is necessary; do not send passwords or payment security codes. Some requests involve records controlled by an organizer or another provider, and we will explain where a request needs to be directed.
Accounts are for users who have reached the legal age of majority where they live. Children may attend eligible events through an adult parent or guardian’s booking, subject to event requirements. The services are not directed at children under 13, who must not submit their own personal information through them.
If we learn that an under-13 child directly submitted personal information, we will investigate and arrange appropriate removal, subject to applicable obligations. Parents and guardians can contact info@trinbagoevents.com. Adult-supplied child registration details must be minimized and handled privately; parental involvement does not remove any applicable notice or consent requirement.
We use HTTPS and access controls to help protect information. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every transmission or storage system is completely secure. Keep your sign-in details private and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
We will update this policy when our practices change and revise its effective date. Material changes may require additional notice or consent before we use information in a new way.

Attendee Terms and Conditions Trinbago Events & Entertainment Company Ltd TrinbagoEvents.com Effective date: October 1st 2026 These terms apply when you book, register for or use a ticket for an event through TrinbagoEvents.com and associated services (the Platform), operated by Trinbago Events & Entertainment Company Ltd (the Company, we, us or our). They apply to paid and free bookings. Organizer means the person or entity responsible for the listed event. By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms, the Refunds and Cancellations Policy and the event conditions shown before confirmation. 1 Organizer and platform roles For independently organized events, the Organizer delivers the event and is responsible for on-site operations, safety, permits, advertised benefits and event conditions. We provide the agreed listing, registration and ticketing services. Listing an event does not make us its Organizer or constitute a safety certification. Where the Company organizes or co-organizes an event or provides on-site services, its role will be identified and it remains responsible for that role and its own acts and obligations. 2 Your booking Review the event date, venue, category, inclusions, eligibility and restrictions before confirming. Provide accurate details and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. A paid booking is confirmed when payment is accepted and a confirmation is issued; a free booking is confirmed when its registration confirmation is issued. If you book for others, give them the relevant event information and terms. Any consent or waiver requiring their personal acceptance must be obtained through an appropriate process. 3 Listing errors and overselling An incorrect price or availability indication is not permission to charge an undisclosed amount. If a material booking error or oversell is discovered, we or the Organizer will explain the issue and offer a lawful correction or cancellation with any refund due. A higher price cannot be substituted without your agreement. A pending authorization alone is not a confirmed reservation. 4 Packages virtual events and add-ons Read the format, access period and technical requirements for virtual or hybrid events. Read the supplier and conditions for optional merchandise, travel, insurance or other add-ons. These must be disclosed before confirmation. Mandatory rights relating to an undelivered component or essential package benefit remain available. Optional insurance and donations are not mandatory conditions of ordinary ticket purchase unless clearly and lawfully required for the specific activity. 5 Prices and payment The total price, transaction currency, applicable fees and any applicable taxes will be shown before payment. No undisclosed charge will be added afterwards. Your bank may separately impose conversion or other bank charges. The payment collection entity and relevant billing descriptor will be identified at checkout or in your confirmation. Using a payment provider does not remove the Company’s own obligations. 6 Ticket delivery and account security Check your booking confirmation and ticket details promptly. If they do not arrive, check your account and spam folder and contact us as soon as reasonably practicable, preferably before the event. Failure to report non-receipt within 24 hours does not, by itself, forfeit a valid purchase or remedy. Protect your account, ticket and access credentials and report suspected misuse promptly. Do not share a ticket code publicly. 7 Ticket validation transfer and resale Unless expressly stated otherwise, each ticket permits one admission and is subject to the advertised entry window and any re-entry conditions. Once a ticket is checked in, attempts to reuse it may be rejected. A copied or unauthorized ticket is not a separate entitlement to enter. Report suspected duplication or unauthorized use so it can be investigated. Transfers and resale are permitted only under the event conditions and supported Platform process. Unauthorized resale or fraudulent use may result in cancellation or rejection, subject to applicable law and any refund rights. 8 Digital passes and re-entry Where an event uses a changing QR code, wallet pass, NFC credential or identity-linked ticket, follow the disclosed access instructions and use the current valid credential. A screenshot may not work for a dynamic pass. Reasonable alternative verification must be considered where a genuine booking cannot be validated because of a service failure. Re-entry, ticket sharing and substitution follow the event conditions; an access technology does not remove a valid booking or applicable remedy. 9 Admission and conduct Follow reasonable event and venue rules, safety instructions and advertised age, identification and eligibility requirements. Admission may be refused, or a person removed, on legitimate grounds such as an invalid ticket, failure to meet a disclosed restriction, violence, serious disruption or a safety risk. Any decision and refund consequence must be reasonable and lawful. The Company does not guarantee entry despite failure to meet valid conditions. If you believe refusal was incorrect, report it promptly with relevant details. 10 Refunds and changes The Refunds and Cancellations Policy forms part of these terms. Purchases are generally final for a change of mind or no-show, subject to that policy, any more favourable promise offered before booking and applicable law. Full cancellation, postponement and material changes are handled under that policy. A refund that is otherwise due will not be replaced by a credit voucher without your agreement. Contact us about incorrect or unauthorized charges; you retain lawful bank and payment dispute rights. 11 Participation and medical assistance Review the risks, suitability and safety requirements of the activity and seek relevant advice if needed. Participate within your abilities and follow instructions. Event risks vary and may include crowds, weather, physical exertion or venue conditions. These terms acknowledge those risks but do not constitute a blanket release of injury or other claims. Any activity-specific waiver must be presented separately for informed acceptance and remains subject to law. Event personnel may seek emergency assistance when appropriate; treatment and consent follow applicable medical and legal requirements. 12 Minors and accessibility Where required, users under 18 must have parent or legal guardian permission to book or participate. A parent or guardian must give any legally required consent on behalf of a minor through an appropriate process. Age-restricted events may require valid identification. Review the published accessibility information and contact the Organizer before booking if you need clarification or assistance. Event conditions cannot remove applicable accessibility or other legal obligations. 13 Company liability We take reasonable care in providing our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or third-party performance. We are not responsible for an independent Organizer’s acts solely because its event is listed on the Platform, but remain responsible for our own acts, omissions and obligations. To the extent permitted by law and where reasonable, our aggregate liability for an ordinary claim arising from a paid booking is limited to the total amount paid through the Platform for that booking, including fees. This cap does not reduce a refund due and does not apply to free bookings, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. A restriction requiring a reasonableness assessment applies only to the extent it satisfies that assessment. 14 Privacy and communications The Privacy Policy explains our collection, use, sharing, retention and protection of personal information, including any overseas processing. Booking information may be shared with the relevant Organizer and service providers for disclosed booking and administration purposes. Organizers are responsible for their own lawful handling. Booking-related communications may be sent using the details you provide. Optional marketing and other uses requiring consent are handled separately; accepting these terms is not blanket marketing consent. We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute online security. 15 Photography optional consent and results Any organizer photography, recording, live streaming or publication of participant results must have appropriate notices and a lawful basis. These terms do not grant unrestricted commercial image rights or blanket consent to unrelated promotion. Where consent is required, it must be separately obtained, including appropriate consent for minors. Refer to the event’s privacy notice for its practices and contact the Organizer about concerns. 16 International consumer rights Bookings involving overseas attendees or suppliers may attract mandatory rights in another jurisdiction where its law applies. The Trinidad and Tobago governing-law clause does not remove those rights. No universal cooling-off exemption, foreign class-action waiver or compulsory foreign arbitration term is imposed by these terms. 17 Intellectual property and acceptable use The Company and its licensors own the Platform software and proprietary materials; Organizers and other contributors retain rights in their own content. Use the Platform for its intended purposes. Do not infringe rights, post unlawful content, commit fraud, interfere with services or access another person’s account without authority. We may reasonably restrict access to address a breach or security risk, giving reasons and an opportunity to raise a concern where practicable. Restriction does not remove valid booking or statutory rights. 18 Changes disputes and general provisions The version accepted when booking applies to that booking. Later changes are prospective and will not reduce existing rights without a lawful basis and any required agreement. Contact us first if possible so we can investigate; this does not prevent a lawful regulatory complaint, payment dispute, urgent legal action or other protected remedy. Mediation may be used by mutual agreement. Trinidad and Tobago law governs, with disputes before its competent courts subject to mandatory consumer and jurisdiction rules. If a provision is invalid, it is limited or severed as necessary and the rest continues where legally possible. Event conditions may supplement these terms but cannot remove non-excludable rights or a more favourable refund promise offered before purchase. 19 Contact and acceptance Contact: Trinbago Events & Entertainment Company Ltd. Support email: [Insert support email]. Business address: [Insert business address]. Effective date: [Insert publication date]. By confirming your booking, you agree to these Attendee Terms, the Refunds and Cancellations Policy and the event conditions displayed before confirmation. Organizer Terms and Merchant Agreement Trinbago Events & Entertainment Company Ltd Trinbagoevents.com Effective date: October 1st 2026 These terms govern event publication and organizer use of TrinbagoEvents.com and associated services (the Platform), operated by Trinbago Events & Entertainment Company Ltd (the Company, we, us or our). Organizer, you and your mean the person or entity responsible for the event and contracting with us. By accepting these terms and publishing an event, you agree to these terms and the Refunds and Cancellations Policy. 1 Authority and event identity You confirm that you are legally capable of entering this agreement and are authorized to act for the named Organizer. Where accepting for an entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind it; acceptance alone does not make its representative personally responsible for its debts. You must provide accurate organizer identity, contact and payment information, keep it current and provide reasonable verification documents on request. The event listing must accurately identify the responsible Organizer. 2 Verification beneficial ownership and banking You must be at least 18 and legally competent to contract. Supply accurate entity, beneficial owner, authorized representative, event and settlement-account details and proportionate supporting documents reasonably required for legal, sanctions, anti-fraud or provider checks. Provide lawful notices for personal information supplied about others. Payment activation or payouts may be delayed until required verification is complete. Settlement must be to an account you lawfully control or another expressly approved recipient. Report changes immediately and comply with verification for bank-detail changes. No personal guarantee arises unless separately and expressly agreed. 3 Permitted events and restricted transactions Do not use the Platform for illegal activity, fraudulent or fictitious events, money laundering, prohibited sanctions dealings, sham purchases, hidden payment aggregation, or transactions prohibited by the relevant acquirer or provider. Restricted categories, including regulated fundraising, gambling or adult services where applicable, require every necessary legal and provider approval before sale. Do not misdescribe a transaction, split it to evade controls, route another seller’s transactions through an unapproved account or use attendee purchases as a cash advance. 4 Our role and your responsibilities For independently organized events, we provide listing, ticketing, registration and related services and act as an intermediary for the functions described in the event’s service arrangements. You remain responsible for planning, financing, producing and delivering the event and supervising your staff, suppliers and venue arrangements. Publication does not constitute our endorsement, safety certification or assumption of your duties. If the Company also organizes or provides on-site services, the agreed scope must be recorded separately and the Company remains responsible for its own role. 5 Merchant of record and collection arrangements The accepted Merchant Schedule must identify the event seller, payment collection entity, processor account holder and entity treated as merchant of record under the applicable acquiring arrangement. These roles must match the actual approved payment flow and relevant purchaser disclosures. Where the Company collects proceeds for you under an approved agency model, you authorize only collection, refund processing and settlement within that agreed scope. Where a connected account or your own account is used, the relevant provider terms and onboarding also apply. These terms do not authorize collecting for independent organizers through a merchant account where the bank or provider has not approved that use, and cannot alter the provider’s contractual allocation of liability. If another company is the collector or account holder, its identity, authority and contractual relationship must be documented; it is not silently substituted for this Company. 6 Payment instructions and provider permissions You authorize the Company to transmit the payment, refund and settlement instructions reasonably needed for the agreed service, subject to provider permissions and applicable law. Provider terms affecting you must be made available before their acceptance. This agreement does not grant access to a bank account or authorize a direct debit without a separate valid mandate. We may reject or pause transactions reasonably suspected to be unlawful, unauthorized or in breach of provider rules. Provider-mandated reversals and holds may occur even if an event has already taken place. 7 Accurate listings and commitments You must ensure that event descriptions, dates, venues, prices, inclusions, refund conditions, age limits, accessibility information and other material statements are accurate and not misleading. You must have authority and reasonable grounds to advertise the venue, performers, attractions and benefits offered. Honour advertised commitments and correct errors promptly. Do not materially change existing bookings through an undisclosed edit to the listing. We may request evidence of material claims and remove misleading or unlawful content. 8 Customer service and transaction evidence Provide a working event-support contact and handle event questions, delivery problems and legitimate complaints promptly. Cooperate with the Company on refunds and disputes and give a substantive response within the deadline communicated, allowing for any shorter provider or legal deadline. Keep reliable booking, consent, event-delivery and check-in records for the period required by law and the accepted provider or Merchant Schedule. Share only lawful and necessary evidence. Do not promise that a successful scan automatically defeats a chargeback. We may assist with disputes but cannot guarantee a bank’s decision. 9 Permits safety and insurance You must obtain and maintain permits, venue permissions, licences and other approvals required for the event, including relevant music, food, alcohol and public-safety requirements. You are responsible for a risk assessment and appropriate crowd, security, emergency, medical and accessibility arrangements, according to the event and applicable law. Maintain insurance appropriate to the activity, including public liability cover where appropriate or required by law, the venue or an agreed service arrangement. Provide evidence on reasonable request. Platform acceptance is not a substitute for approvals or insurance. 10 Admission and participant welfare You must arrange reliable ticket verification, competent admission staff and a reasonable process for disputed or failed scans. Comply with published capacity and eligibility restrictions, venue rules and applicable safety obligations. Disclose material restrictions before booking. Obtain suitable parental or guardian consent and activity-specific waivers where required. Such waivers must be separately presented for informed acceptance and cannot remove non-excludable liability. You remain responsible for reasonable decisions about admission, ejection and event participation. 11 Fees payments and settlement Platform fees, processing charges, currencies, settlement timing and any reserve arrangements must be disclosed in your accepted commercial schedule before paid sales begin. That schedule forms part of this agreement and cannot reduce attendee refund rights. Ticket proceeds collected for your event are subject to the agreed fees, applicable refunds, payment reversals and lawful deductions. A displayed sales total is not a guarantee of cleared or immediately payable funds. You are responsible for your event’s applicable tax reporting and payments. Payment-provider verification and banking delays may affect settlement; we will explain material delays known to us. 12 Reconciliation currencies and early payouts Statements must distinguish gross sales, fees, taxes where applicable, refunds, reversals, reserves and net settlement. Notify us promptly of a suspected error; failure to do so does not waive non-excludable rights. Transaction and payout currencies, conversion method and any conversion or transfer charge must be stated in the Merchant Schedule. Early or advance payouts require express approval, are not a loan unless separately agreed, and do not make event proceeds final or remove later repayment obligations. Sales statistics, pending payments and authorizations are not cleared funds. 13 Merchant risk allocation Unless the accepted Merchant Schedule expressly assigns a risk differently, you bear properly documented refunds, reversals and chargeback amounts arising from your event’s transactions, including ordinary unauthorized-card disputes, together with lawful disclosed dispute fees and directly attributable provider assessments. This allocation applies between you and the Company, regardless of whom the processor initially charges, but does not bind the processor. You are not liable to the extent a loss was caused by the Company’s breach, negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct. Provider assessments require evidence and a causal connection to your activity; there is no automatic transfer of unrelated fines or losses. Payment authentication and fraud screening do not guarantee final payment. 14 Refund funding and event changes You must comply with the Refunds and Cancellations Policy and any more favourable promise offered to attendees. Notify us immediately of a confirmed cancellation or material change and notify affected attendees as soon as reasonably practicable and ordinarily within 48 hours. You authorize us to process valid refunds for your event in accordance with that policy and applicable law. You must provide sufficient funds to meet liabilities attributable to your event, including where proceeds have already been paid to you. Lack of insurance, low sales or insufficient cash does not remove those obligations. You are not responsible under this clause for losses attributable solely to the Company’s own breach or fault. 15 Chargebacks and payment losses As between you and the Company, you are responsible for valid chargebacks, payment reversals and reasonable documented dispute fees attributable to your failure to deliver the event, misleading information, refusal to honour a valid refund, or fraud, misconduct or breach by you or persons for whom you are legally responsible. The Merchant risk allocation clause and accepted Merchant Schedule govern other event-transaction losses, subject to applicable law and provider rules. We will inform you of material disputes and request relevant evidence. You must cooperate promptly. No amount is recoverable twice, and you are not liable for losses caused by our own breach or fault. 16 Reserves offsets and shortfalls To the extent permitted by law and our accepted commercial arrangements, you authorize us to retain a reasonable reserve from event proceeds or offset amounts properly due for refunds, reversals, fees and other event-related liabilities. The amount must be proportionate to the identified exposure. We will explain the basis, review the reserve as the exposure changes and release the remaining balance when the relevant liabilities are resolved. If available funds are insufficient, you must reimburse the properly documented shortfall within the reasonable payment period stated in our written notice, subject to a good-faith dispute process. We will not deduct an unsupported penalty or recover twice. 17 Reserve triggers and release A reserve may be introduced or increased for a material cancellation risk, unusually high disputes or refunds, advance payouts, suspected fraud, insolvency indicators, incomplete verification or a provider requirement. Where justified, it may cover up to the available net event proceeds, but must be proportionate to the reasonably identified exposure. We will explain the amount or calculation, review conditions and release criteria unless law or an investigation prevents disclosure. Release depends on resolution of relevant exposure, not an arbitrary indefinite hold. Provider holds beyond our control will be distinguished from our own reserve. 18 Recovery and insolvency Subject to law, properly due amounts may be offset against proceeds of other events owed to the same contracting Organizer; proceeds owed to unrelated entities cannot be taken under this clause. Outstanding liabilities survive payout and termination. Collection costs are recoverable only to the extent reasonable, documented, caused by your default and lawful; no undisclosed penalty or interest rate applies. Tell us promptly of insolvency proceedings or circumstances materially affecting event delivery or repayment. A reserve is a contractual risk control and does not, by itself, constitute insurance, escrow, deposit protection or a separately established trust. 19 Organizer indemnity To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify the Company and its officers and employees against reasonable, documented third-party claims, liabilities, damages and legal costs, to the extent caused by your breach of these terms, negligence, unlawful conduct, infringement of intellectual property rights or unlawful handling of personal information, including conduct of persons for whom you are legally responsible. This indemnity does not cover loss to the extent caused by the indemnified party’s own negligence, fraud, wilful misconduct or breach, or any liability that cannot lawfully be transferred. We will give prompt notice of a claim, allow reasonable participation in its defence and take reasonable steps to mitigate loss. Neither party may bind the other to an admission or settlement without its written consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld. Refunds and chargebacks already recovered will not be recovered again under this indemnity. 20 Payment data and account security Use the supported payment interfaces and comply with applicable PCI DSS obligations for any environment you control that stores, processes, transmits or can affect cardholder data. Do not collect card security codes or card credentials through ordinary email, messaging or registration forms. Protect account credentials, use appropriate access controls and train authorized staff. Report suspected compromise immediately and cooperate with containment. Outsourcing payment processing does not automatically remove every applicable responsibility. Each party remains responsible for the security obligations legally and contractually applicable to its own systems. 21 Company liability We will use reasonable care and skill in providing the agreed services. We do not guarantee ticket sales, commercial success, uninterrupted access or third-party performance. To the extent permitted by law and where reasonable, we exclude liability to you for indirect or consequential loss and lost profits arising from ordinary service failures. Subject to the exceptions below, our aggregate liability to you for an ordinary contractual service claim relating to an event is limited to the Platform service fees you paid or that we retained for that event. This limit does not apply to ticket proceeds properly payable to you, required refunds, our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any exclusion or cap subject to a reasonableness test applies only to the extent it satisfies that test. 22 Personal information Use attendee information only for lawful, disclosed purposes connected with the booking or another valid legal basis. Keep it secure, restrict access, retain it only as needed and do not sell, disclose or use it for unrelated marketing without the required authority or consent. You are responsible for your own handling and that of your service providers. Notify us promptly of a suspected incident affecting information received through the Platform and cooperate with lawful investigation, notification and remediation. The Company’s handling is explained in its Privacy Policy. This agreement is not blanket attendee consent to marketing. 23 Data roles instructions and transfers The Company and Organizer may each act as an independent controller for their own lawful purposes. Where the Company processes attendee data solely on your behalf and instructions, any legally required processing agreement must cover the processing purpose, data categories, duration, security, confidentiality, subprocessors, rights requests, incident cooperation, international transfers and return or deletion. Neither party is automatically a processor for every activity. A required data processing addendum must be agreed before the affected processing begins; these general terms are not a claim of universal GDPR or other privacy compliance. 24 Confidential information Protect non-public commercial, security and personal information received through this relationship. Use it only for the agreed service or a lawful purpose and share it only with authorized persons bound by appropriate confidentiality duties, or where law requires disclosure. Information already lawfully public, independently developed or lawfully obtained elsewhere is excluded. Mandatory legal disclosures and protected reporting rights remain available. 25 Content and platform use You retain ownership of materials you submit and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce and distribute them as reasonably necessary to list, promote and administer your event, operate the Platform and retain required records. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions. The Company and its licensors retain their Platform intellectual property. Do not submit unlawful content, misuse payment services, share credentials insecurely, interfere with the Platform or bypass agreed fees. 26 Independent contractors and third-party services Except for the limited collection authority expressly agreed, the parties are independent contractors. Neither may bind the other, claim a partnership, employment or general agency, or issue commitments in the other’s name without authority. Third-party services have their own terms. The Company remains responsible for its own agreed services and does not transfer all of its obligations merely by selecting a supplier. 27 Free events recurring services and optional features Free registrations must not be used to disguise paid sales or evade agreed charges. Any paid add-on, subscription, advertising, recurring service or optional feature requires clear pricing, renewal, cancellation and scope terms before activation. These terms do not create an automatic recurring payment authorization. Material scope changes, including on-site admission services or equipment hire, must be recorded in an accepted service schedule. 28 Suspension and termination We may suspend listings, sales or access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, unlawful or materially misleading content, unsafe events or a material breach. Where practicable, we will give reasons and an opportunity to respond or remedy the issue. Immediate action may be taken where delay creates a material risk. Suspension does not forfeit attendee rights or automatically transfer proceeds to us. Termination does not remove accrued payment, refund, dispute, confidentiality, data protection or indemnity obligations. We will settle remaining funds in accordance with the agreed arrangements and applicable law. 29 Force Majeure A party affected by circumstances beyond its reasonable control must promptly notify the other and take reasonable steps to reduce their effect. Relief applies only to the extent and period performance is prevented and permitted by law. Force Majeure does not automatically excuse refund funding, money already due or other obligations that remain enforceable. Attendee options are governed by the Refunds and Cancellations Policy. 30 Disputes and general provisions Contact us promptly with a complaint or disputed calculation. We will seek a good-faith resolution; mediation may be used by mutual agreement. These terms are governed by Trinidad and Tobago law, with disputes before its competent courts subject to mandatory legal rules. A separately signed event agreement prevails over these Organizer Terms only for a direct conflict concerning commercial service arrangements; it cannot reduce attendee or non-excludable rights. An invalid provision is limited or severed as necessary. Changes apply prospectively with notice and acceptance where required, and do not retrospectively reduce existing rights. Nothing excludes liability for a representation that cannot lawfully be excluded. 31 Contact and acceptance Contact: Trinbago Events & Entertainment Company Ltd. By accepting, you confirm your authority, agreement to these Organizer Terms and the Refunds and Cancellations Policy, and responsibility for the event obligations set out above. 32 Merchant Schedule and acceptance record Before paid ticketing is activated, the Company and Organizer must complete and accept the Merchant Schedule attached to this agreement. It is part of this agreement. Acceptance must identify the contracting Organizer and representative, the event or agreed account scope, policy versions, date and accepted commercial terms. Required provider agreements and any debit mandate must also be separately completed. Changes to material commercial terms require notice and acceptance where required; publishing a later schedule does not retrospectively vary completed transactions. Refunds and Cancellations Policy Trinbago Events & Entertainment Company Ltd TrinbagoEvents.com Effective date: October 1st 2026 | Version: 3 This policy applies to paid tickets and free registrations made through TrinbagoEvents.com and associated services (the Platform), operated by Trinbago Events & Entertainment Company Ltd (the Company, we, us or our). Organizer means the person or entity responsible for delivering the listed event. By publishing an event, the Organizer agrees to this policy. Attendees accept this policy when booking, together with the Attendee Terms and the event conditions displayed before confirmation. 1) Scope and priority This policy sets the baseline refund rules. Organizers may offer more favourable terms, which must be displayed before booking and honoured. An event-specific policy must not reduce this policy’s protections or rights under applicable law. The version accepted at booking applies to that booking. A later change cannot retrospectively remove an existing entitlement. 2) Changes of mind and non-attendance Unless a more favourable condition was offered before booking or applicable law requires otherwise, refunds are not normally available for a change of mind, no-show, travel difficulty, missed collection or inability to attend an event that proceeds substantially as advertised. A ticket-delivery failure, duplicate charge or other error will be investigated on its merits and is not automatically treated as a no-show. 3) Full cancellation If an event is fully cancelled and will not take place, purchasers are entitled under this policy to a refund of the ticket price paid. Service or processing fees may be retained only where the specific fee and its non-refundable status were clearly disclosed before payment and retention is lawful and reasonable. Where applicable law requires repayment of a fee, it will be refunded. Free registrations have no ticket price to refund. 4) Duplicate charges and failed transactions A duplicate payment, payment taken without a corresponding confirmed booking, or payment error will be investigated using the transaction records. Any amount not properly due must be reversed or refunded as appropriate. A pending bank authorization may need to expire rather than be refunded. Do not pay again until the status of an uncertain payment has been checked. Any different outcome required by law or payment-provider rules prevails. 5) Missed entry and denied admission A refund is not normally available where admission is lawfully refused because an attendee fails a clearly disclosed age or eligibility requirement, presents an invalid ticket, or breaches reasonable safety or conduct rules. This does not apply to an erroneous refusal, an undisclosed material restriction, unlawful discrimination or a failure by the Organizer or Company to provide the contracted service. Those cases will be reviewed for the remedy due. 6) Add-ons packages and donations Where an order includes separately priced merchandise, accommodation, transportation, insurance, donations or other add-ons, their supplier and relevant terms must be disclosed before purchase. The refund effect of cancellation depends on which component is not supplied and the applicable rights; a package label does not remove a remedy for a failed essential component. Optional insurance does not replace statutory refund rights. Charity and fundraising transactions require truthful beneficiary information and any necessary approvals. 7) Postponement and rescheduling Tickets will normally remain valid for the replacement date. The Organizer must promptly communicate the new arrangements and available options. A postponement does not automatically create a refund entitlement, but a purchaser who cannot attend the replacement date may request a review under the booking terms and applicable law. An event cannot be kept indefinitely postponed to avoid cancellation refunds. Where no replacement date can reasonably be confirmed, the Organizer must provide a clear update and appropriate refund or other lawful remedy. 8) Material changes and partial cancellation Minor changes to the running order, lineup, format or venue do not normally qualify for a refund if the event remains substantially as advertised. A substantial change to the advertised experience, location or an essential event component may justify a full or proportionate refund or other remedy. Requests will be assessed according to the effect on the booking, the advertised commitments and applicable law. Calling a change minor does not determine whether it is material. 9) Virtual events and access failures For virtual or hybrid events, the advertised format, access period and reasonable technical requirements must be disclosed. A failure caused solely by an attendee’s incompatible equipment or connection does not normally qualify for a refund where the event was otherwise properly available. If the Organizer or Company fails to provide the promised access, the request will be reviewed for a suitable replacement or refund. An offered recording is not automatically equivalent to an advertised live experience. 10) Transfers and exchanges An approved transfer or exchange follows the published event conditions and supported Platform process. Any charge must be disclosed in advance. A transfer does not erase applicable refund rights; refunds normally return to the original payer through the original method unless a lawful alternative is agreed. Unapproved resale does not oblige us to refund an amount paid to a reseller outside the Platform. 11) Events beyond reasonable control Force Majeure means circumstances beyond the affected party’s reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, civil unrest, widespread utility failures or external industrial action. Poor ticket sales, ordinary financial difficulties and avoidable operational failures do not, by themselves, qualify. Force Majeure may affect event performance but does not automatically remove refund rights or permit deduction of the Organizer’s unrecoverable costs. 12) Optional vouchers A credit voucher may be offered as an alternative to a refund that is otherwise due, but only with the purchaser’s agreement. Before acceptance, its value, expiry, eligible events, restrictions and issuing entity must be clearly explained. Declining a voucher does not remove an otherwise valid refund entitlement. No voucher is automatically substituted for a cash refund. 13) Requesting a refund Contact us using the support details published on the Platform and provide the order reference, purchaser name, event and reason for the request. Do not send full payment card details. Any event-specific request deadline must be clearly disclosed, reasonable and subject to applicable statutory rights. Where cancellation refunds are issued automatically, a separate request is unnecessary. We may request proportionate evidence to verify a claim. 14) Processing and deductions Approved refunds will normally be initiated through the original payment method within 30 calendar days of cancellation or, for other qualifying requests, approval. Bank posting times may vary. If the original method cannot be used, an appropriate alternative will be arranged after verification. We will explain any delay and the next step. No undisclosed administrative fee will be imposed. Every deduction must be lawful, disclosed before purchase and explained in the refund calculation. There will be no duplicate recovery of fees or losses. 15) Refund authority and investigations The Organizer authorizes the Company, under its Organizer Terms and Merchant Agreement, to process refunds required by this policy, a binding pre-sale commitment, applicable law or payment-provider rules. We may investigate apparent misuse and request proportionate verification, but will not use an investigation to avoid a valid entitlement. Refund arrangements between the Company and Organizer do not override the rights of banks, processors or purchasers. 16) International purchases Mandatory consumer protections may apply based on the customer, event, supplier and transaction. This policy does not assume that one country’s cooling-off exemption or no-refund rule applies worldwide. Any mandatory overseas right takes priority where legally applicable. Refunds are normally made in the original transaction currency; independent bank exchange-rate movements and charges are assessed under applicable law and the bank’s terms. 17) Organizer notification and funding The Organizer must tell us immediately after confirming a cancellation or material change, and notify affected attendees as soon as reasonably practicable and ordinarily within 48 hours. The Organizer must fund refunds arising from its event and provide the information needed to process them, as set out in the Organizer Terms. The Company may coordinate communications and processing. An internal funding dispute does not remove an attendee’s applicable rights or the Company’s own obligations. 18) Payment disputes Contact us promptly about an incorrect, duplicate or unauthorized charge. You may also contact your bank or payment provider and use a lawful dispute process. A refund and chargeback cannot both be retained for the same amount. Responsibility for organizer-related disputes and fees is allocated under the Organizer Terms, subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules. 19) Contact and governing law This policy is governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, subject to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules.
