On Sept 15th, we launch our “𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻!” An intimate Christmas & Parang Experience like no other! Our Paramin co-host, Aunt Julia, opens her home to us to delve into an authentic experience of a true trini Paramin Christmas. Marlene of the M&M Preservatives and Sweet Hand family will be teaching us how to make her very delicious and savoury pastelles.

We’d be serenaded by Los amigos de Paramin with a special guest appearance by Queen Alana! A special Christmas Dinner will be prepared by Aunty Slyvin. Fresh homemade cocoa, sorrel, ginger beer, ponche ah creme, sweet bread, sponge cake etc will be on the menu! We’d be baking ham in the Dirt Oven and enjoying fresh coconut bake & ham from Aunty Julia and Uncle Lucio!
