Drink a beverage (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), run 400m.
Repeat four times, so Chug. Run. Repeat.
That’s 4 drinks + 4 laps = 1 Mile of Pure Madness

HOW IT WORKS
Register online and complete the race on your own time
Keep it simple. Keep it honest. No stress.

Just make sure to track your run on any fitness app and upload your results with some pics or vids on Facebook. And doh forget: tag the WDA Crew page!

No relay for the virtual version but link up with your crew and make it a proper lime.
Deadline to complete the Virtual Mile is December 30th.
