Hosted by Anesa Nancoo Leadership

This challenge is more than just miles — it’s a message.

How a Virtual Run Works

  1. Register for the Event
Once registered, you can complete your run anytime within the event period.
  2. Choose Your Location
Run or walk anywhere you like – on the road, treadmill, park, trail, or track.
  3. Complete the Distance
    • The distance can be done in parts (for example: split over multiple days or sessions).
    • All runs must add up to the required distance.
  4. Track Your Run
You may use any fitness app of your choice to track your activity, such as:
    • Strava
    • Nike Run Club
    • Garmin
    • Fitbit
    • Apple Fitness
    • Samsung Health
    (or any similar tracking app)
  5. Take Screenshots – After completing your run(s), take clear screenshots showing:
  6. • Distance completed
    • Date(s)
    • Time or activity summary
  7. Submit Your Proof
Send us screenshots of your tracked run(s) via whatsapp 8682584625
  8. Completion & Rewards
Once your screenshots are verified on WhatsApp at 18682584625 , your run will be marked as complete and you’ll receive your finisher recognition (medal, certificate, or both, depending on the event).

I was diagnosed with endometriosis, PCOS, and adenomyosis at just 17 years old.

For years, my pain was dismissed as “normal.”

But endometriosis is not just painful periods.

It is chronic pelvic pain.

It is exhaustion that doesn’t fade.

It is missed school days, missed work, missed moments.

It is fighting to be believed while your body is fighting you.

My journey with endometriosis taught me resilience, strength, and the importance of speaking up — not just for myself, but for every girl and woman who has been silenced or ignored.

This 5K virtual challenge is about:

  • Raising awareness
  • Honoring invisible battles
  • Standing with those living with endometriosis
  • Turning pain into purpose

Whether you walk, jog, or run — every step represents strength, courage, and awareness.

  • 💛 Believe women
  • 💛 Listen to young girls
  • 💛 Pain should never be normalized
  • You are not weak.
  • You are not exaggerating.
  • You are not alone.
