Welcome to the One Earth One Responsibility Virtual 5K, proudly organized by EchoRun Syndicate.

This global virtual event is more than just a 5K — it is a movement to promote environmental awareness, personal responsibility, and community impact. 
Participants are invited to participate in the following virtual event:

Event: 5K run/walk at a location of your choice
Date: Anytime between May 5, 2026 and June 5, 2026.
Cost: $150.00

Medals and Tank Tops will be awarded to all registered participants. 
By participating, you are committing not only to physical wellness but also to the shared responsibility of protecting and respecting our planet.

How the Virtual 5K Works

-Complete a total distance of 5 kilometers (3.1 miles) at your chosen location.
(You may complete the distance in one session during the event period).
-Track your activity using a fitness app, smartwatch, treadmill, or other reliable tracking method.
-Submit proof of completion via WhatsApp (1-868-720-0934) before the deadline: June 5, 2026, 11:59 PM.

⚠️ Important Notice: This is a self-paced virtual event. There is no centralized physical gathering organized by EchoRun Syndicate. Participants are fully responsible for their own safety, route selection, and health considerations. Please carefully review the Waiver & Release of Liability in the next section before completing your registration.

Participant Waiver & Agreement Waiver & Release of Liability
By registering for and participating in the One Earth One Responsibility Virtual 5K, I acknowledge and agree to the following: I understand that participation in a 5K walk/run involves physical activity and inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, accidents, falls, weather-related hazards, and other unforeseen risks. I certify that I am physically fit and medically able to participate in this event. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to participation if I have any health concerns. I acknowledge that this is a virtual event, and I am responsible for selecting a safe location, route, and time to complete my 5K between May 5, 2026 and June 5, 2026. I agree to comply with all local laws, traffic regulations, and safety guidelines in my area. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of my participation. I hereby release, waive, and discharge EchoRun Syndicate, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in this event. If I am registering a minor, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant and consent to their participation. I accept full responsibility for the minor’s participation and related risks. I understand that registration fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. EchoRun Syndicate reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. I grant EchoRun Syndicate permission to use my name, submitted photos, videos, and event results for promotional, marketing, and reporting purposes without compensation. I understand that my personal information will be used solely for event administration and communication and will not be sold to third parties. By participating, I also commit to upholding the environmental spirit of this event by acting responsibly and respectfully toward public spaces and nature.
