Get ready for another exciting road race as the Adrenaline Ducks Athletic Club presents the St. Andrew’s District – Seven District 5K Dash on April 12th, 2026 7am bib collection 5am in Sangre Grande.

This event is part of the Adrenaline Ducks 2026 race series, bringing together runners, fitness enthusiasts, and community groups for a competitive and energetic 5K experience.

Participants will compete for cash prizes:

• 🥇 1st Place – $1000
• 🥈 2nd Place – $700
• 🥉 3rd Place – $500
