Be Part of History: Join the Community Hospital Wellness Club 5K Fun Run & Walk
The Community Hospital of Seventh-Day Adventists, the first private hospital in Trinidad and Tobago, is proud to announce its upcoming historic Wellness 5K Fun Run & Walk, an exciting community event designed to promote healthy lifestyles, physical activity, and disease prevention.

The idea for this event was born out of one of the most remarkable healthcare initiatives ever undertaken in Trinidad and Tobago. In May this year, through a partnership involving Hands International and local medical teams, approximately 3,500 persons received life-changing cataract surgeries, restoring vision and improving quality of life for thousands of individuals and their families.

While the project successfully restored sight to many, it also highlighted the importance of prevention and healthy living. Many health conditions, including diabetes, can contribute to eye diseases such as cataracts.
The Wellness 5K Fun Run & Walk is more than just a race—it is a celebration of health. Don’t be left out!
