For one hour, you choose your pace and your route

Option 1: Around botanical gardens ( easy )

Option 2: Queens Park Savannah ( runners/ joggers )

Option 3: Chancellor Hill ( Challenge yourself )

Walk. Run. Jog. Whatever your body is asking for.

🏅 FINISH → COLLECT YOUR MEDAL

Complete your mindful movement and immediately collect the medal YOU chose.

We cool down, breathe, stretch and release.

More stretching. Less stressing.

Because clearly, we have enough stress already. 😂

💚 THEN THE REAL FUN BEGINS…

We get into our mental health activities, meet and greet, conversations and connection.

We talk about self-care, mental wellbeing, what keeps us going, what fills our cup and how we actually take care of ourselves.

We will be talking about mental health for all genders .

No lectures.
No pretending everything is fine.
No pressure to have it all figured out.

Just movement, connection, conversation and good energy.

Because mental health deserves more than one conversation.
