The Adrenaline Ducks “Mayaro District” Virtual 5K Dash is officially open, and no matter where you are, you can be part of the movement. This season, don’t just run represent your district!

Whether you’re chasing a personal best, supporting youth athletics, or simply committing to your fitness goals — this one is for you.

🔥 HOW IT WORKS:

• Distance: 5K (3.1 miles)
• Location: Anywhere! Road, trail, track, treadmill  your choice.
• Your Pace: Run it straight or break it up. You define the challenge.
• Track your distance using any app or fitness device.
• Take a screenshot or photo of your completed results.
• Forward your results via WhatsApp to 367-8991.
• The Reward: Earn your official Adrenaline Ducks Seven Districts 5K medal.
