The Catch Them All Virtual Run 5K is inspired by the joy of the Pokémon world and created especially for kids, families, and teams while still welcoming runners and walkers of every age and ability. This is more than just a run. It’s a chance for children to move, play, laugh, and feel proud, for families to spend quality time together, and for teams to come together in a positive, active way. Whether you walk, jog, run, or break it into small parts, the goal is simple: have fun and finish happy.

Run anywhere you like  around your neighborhood, at the park, on a track, or even on a treadmill. Parents can run alongside their kids, teams can coordinate together, and friends can cheer each other on from anywhere in the world.
