This February trade the box of chocolates for a boost of endorphins! Whether you’re celebrating with a partner, your besties, or crushing solo goals, the Diamond Dash Valentine’s Virtual 5K is officially open for registration. 🏃‍♀️✨

No matter where you are, you can lace up and earn the most romantic medal in the Diamond Dash Virtual Series. 

🌹 HOW IT WORKS:

• Distance: 5K (3.1 miles)
• Location: Anywhere! Your favorite trail, the treadmill, or a sunset stroll through the neighborhood.
  Your Pace: Complete it all at once or break it up. You define your journey.
• Track your distance using any application or device.
• Take a screenshot or a picture of the results
• Forward your final results to 482-5531
• The Reward: Once you complete the distance, this stunning, intricate Cupid-themed medal will be yours!
• Registration runs from February 14th – 28th 2026
• Collection period from March 30th 2026 onwards. Date, times and location will be posted & sent to you. via email.
