The Sweet TnT 5K VirtualRun is a fun, flexible fitness challenge celebrating Trinidad & Tobago culture through movement and local flavour.

Complete a 5K walk, jog, or run at your own pace, tracking your move with your fitness app anywhere in the world during July. Show your results upon collection or message proof via the Instagram page.

Collect your medal at selected locations (POS, South Park, Brentwood Mall, Trincity Mall – details will be sent via email in August.
